In mid-2004, Ken Anderson, the editor of the Magic City Morning Star in Millinocket, Maine approached me via email and asked me to consider writing a column for his newspaper. He said there would be no deadlines and no minimum amount of commentary I must make.

I cheerfully took him up on his generous offer. Since then I have been posting some of my columns at the Star and others here at Liberabit. Some are published in both places. Considering the amount of time it takes to publish the column and two sites, I will publish all of my commentary either at the Magic City Morning Star or at the Liberabit Website. I will no longer post the same column at both sties. Some of the columns I write are too controversial to be published at the Star. Those columns will be published at the Liberabit Website.
